Goshogawara Tachineputa Festival (五所川原立佞武多祭, official site)
Goshogawara Tachineputa Festival is being held in Goshogawara City, Aomori Prefecture, between 04-08 August every year. The festival is similar to the Aomori Nebuta Festival, except that the Nebuta here, known as Tachineputa, is vertical. The tallest Tachineputa are around 22 meter tall and weight 16-19 ton.
