Daiheiwa Kinentou (PL Tower) was opened in 1970, 180 meter in height, and is currently 13rd tallest tower in Japan. The tower is built by the religion of Perfect Liberty, "for soul of all war victims in history regardless race, ethnic group, sovereign state, border, region, religion, religious denomination and creed".
